As much as I hate Biden, I’m not going to put most of the blame on him for this one. MLB chose to go this direction.

My opinion is that Commissioner made the decision to please the leadership of baseball players' union...I do not think Manfred really cared about what Joe Biden said...But, he did care about what Tony Clark said...

Clark is the head of the players' union...He suggested that All Star game be moved...

Manfred wants to get along with the union...Moving the All Star game is a small price to pay to get along with the union...

Yes, I can see that being a significant part of it in this case.

I just don’t think we can or should put all the blame on outside pressure like we used to. The culture has changed and to fight we have to acknowledge that.
