As the story goes, the Romans offered Him a sponge soaked in vinegar to suck on as he was on the cross. He could not have held a cup to drink at that time because nails held His arms out. But hateful Democrats would have offered Him a cup to drink and seeing that He did not grasp it, would have walked away with the cup laughing. I’ll bet they would have offered Him an empty cup, too!
