The 4th amendment doesnt prohibit monitoring of known foreign spies/agents.

They are not american citizens for one thing, they do not have any constitutionally guaranted anything from us, other than what we precisely specify they have.

#13. Right on re the 4th Amendment.

What is being ignored by NSA and DHS, out of ignorance, on purpose, or both, is the need to “DEFINE” who are the threats before you go after them.

Ask Nakasone, Mueller, Comey, Garland, Strzok, McCabe and Wray “WHO” are the domestic threats today. I’ll bet that most of then couldn’t name a group on the LEFT or Black Fascist movement.

They will slobber over The 3 Percenters, QAnon, Proud Boys, some white supremacist groups (who are open about who they are), some long-wolf “militias”, etc.

Also, let them name Islamic extremists groups and THEIR FRONTS in the US (CAIR, ICNA, MSA, etc). They can’t or they won’t.

First you have to identify your actual and/or potential enemies based on facts and their ideologies. Then you have to identify their fronts/persons. And finally, you put this all together to show WHO actually performs “domestic terrorism” and move them to the top of the surveillance list.

This is NOT happening now and under Biden and his Marxist advisors and appointees (esp. Soros funded people), it won’t.

Old adage: “Define the threat; identify the threat; counter the threat”.

Been there; done that.
