Absolutely. Your comment fits perfectly with one of my pet observations of human behavior: There are very few people who ever really leave the Third Grade mentality. They just get older and more dangerous.

“No that rule doesn’t apply to us.” [They never SAY that, because it would be admitting something. They just ignore you. Or, at most, deny what they said the rule was.]
