How can this be?

Hasn’t SCOTUS declared that they can’t hear any of the Presidents cases because they’re state matters?

If so, then they can’t decide on this.

Although, I think this whole thing was written to appease us, here in Georgia, and those corrupt SOBs in the state government can blame everything on SCOTUS if it gets struck down.

But please re-elect us. We promise to do better next time.

The Constitution simply states that “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations.. (Article I, section 4).
