She isn’t currently practicing and maintaining her law license while being a full time media figure, but that doesn’t change the fact she’s an attorney.
She is not eligible to practice law. Therefore she is either a former attorney or a former lawyer. She's entitled to give free legal advice, but then everyone on this forum can do that. An attorney can charge for it.
