The SAME Reporter: "Have you decided when you are able to share thoughts with other countries? Is it allies or neighbors first? Who will be the first country to get U.S.'s vaccine?"
Biden: "I've been talking with several countries already. We'll -- I'll let you know that in very shortly."
As far as we know, Biden is in a coma.
This reminds me of the 2011 movie “Source Code” in which this [spoiler] dead guy has his brain rejuvenated and hooked up to some AI program so he can solve a bombing before it happens.

There’s a longer clip of this, with a couple of “security” people in dark coats up the path, Biden passes them and appears to “wave” at them in acknowledgement, but the timing is out of synch and the security people appear to be waving at no one in their line of sight and they go on walking. Weird.
Of course only one reporter was allowed to interact with him.
That way Biden didn’t have to try to change from one to another. It is sometimes difficult for people suffering from dementia to “change gears” or re-focus attention. This guy is toast, even more of an empty suit than your average government employee of 47 years.

I am struck by his clothing when he appears. It doesn’t seem lived in, like he had been working and moving around for a while.
It looks more like how people arrange clothing on a corpse, or a mannequin.
