This would make an easier route to the Mark of the Beast in the middle of the coming 7-year Tribulation.

Have everyone on compulsory gov’t payout (or at least 47%, cough). Then, once the system becomes mandatory (to buy and sell) the goats will go for the Mark. The sheep who refuse the Mark of the Beast will get their heads cut off.

But, they’ll reign during Christ’s Millennial Reign.
