I know it does not fit the accepted FR narrative, but you would think a man who has the abilities to rise to a position of power such as Flynn would know better than to expose himself on technicalities. Still it is conservatives who get hounded and never tbe communists.
Emoluments clause or not, I have a serious problem with any retired military officer or an elected official, who chooses to use that knowledge and experience to profit from aiding other countries, such as Russia and turkey. This is treasonous behavior, and people like this should be jailed or executed for selling out.
