For those who insist on being pedantic, I guess I should have mentioned that undercover operations and detective work were most emphatically NOT the focus of my statement. I was referring to the "Officers Jackboots" that wear their badge and gun like a bludgeon, exercising their "Authoritah" against their fellow citizens, enjoying their perceived "power".

I was referring to and dealing with the lack of trust in the UNIFORMED members of the constabulary. That someone intentionally picked out a minor, semantic flaw shows me which side of the police/citizen line THE POLICE drew they are on.
