So, rather small beer, and it’s outrageous that he’s being held on such weak PC. At most, that might have been good enough to get him charged, but being held with no actual evidence that he actually entered the capitol is ... telling.
None of these guys are going to be treated fairly. No bail, court appointed lawyer, treated as domestic terrorists. Jan 6th is radioactive, so no attorneys or firms are stepping up to defend them pro bono, as they fear being “cancelled” and black balled by powerful politicians from the DC feed trough.
