Two funny examples
“fake news” was originally about unverified news stories people pass around on the internet mostly right-wing or conspiracy in origin, and Trump turned it around to mean CNN and the mainstream media NYTimes etc
And “karen” was originally conservative white women of a certain generation with those specific haircuts and kids named braylee, but turned into a busy body white liberal lady worried about masks

A “Karen” started out as a soccer mom type with a hideous asymmetrical haircut who wants to “talk to your manager.” Now it’s any of these whiny, complaining women who thinks everything is going to kill them. So if one confronts you about masking, you could respond, “I guess you’ll have to talk to my manager.”
For real lulz, tell a shitlib that they will get more of whatever they subsidize. Then watch them dissolve into paroxysms of spittle-flecked rage and howling invective. Sometimes it takes them a little while to grasp the import of what you told them. Fun times.

This started a long time ago and i will say: Wages are not income. Yet everyone says they have an income and pay the tax. The financial noose was started at around 1952. So the left owned the financial terminology after changing legal terminology. Get an old 1950 blacks legal dictionary and compare to a recent version. yeh.
My firearms are "mostly peaceful" and therefore shouldn't be feared or banned, but welcomed and celebrated. They've caused far fewer injuries than many other things called "mostly peaceful."
My diesel truck is good for the environment. I don't put many miles on it. If someone else owned it, they would probably drive it more. Therefore My owning it is good for the environment.

I have been using my own flavor of countermeasures for at least two decades. I’m a contrarian, when I’m accused of being a homophobe I counter with heterophile. A good time to spring it is right after having the science explained to me that homophobes are now a minority and I should just shut up.
The best part is when the ignorant hear the suffix ‘phile’ and are only familiar with usage regarding deviant behavior.
Spin em up, stomp em down, and kick them to the curb.
