Unless Trump signed a contract with the RNC, they don’t have the right to use his name anymore than they have the right to use my father’s name to advertise...both are civilians and neither is running for office.
Trump owes them nothing...and, as I said, they need to be VERY CAREFUL with him, or they’ll be out of work in 6 months.

Fair enough... but in the CPAC speech he made it clear he was staying in the GOP as the presumptive nominee.
Stated intentions do carry some fair assumptions about future contracts pending.

Actually I hope he IS doing this just to put them out of business permanently... but that can hurt his own credibility and standing politically... like a captain pointing a cannon into the deck of his own ship... he’s going down with it if he pulls the trigger.
However... I see it all as misdirection.
Winning the next election is a futile effort in light of what just happened.
