I don’t think it will be much longer. I think even the MSM is going to start pressing the issue and may have some real concerns about national security, unchecked human trafficking, unfilled cabinet posts, etc. I expect we will hear something about him having a stroke or something, and no longer able to fulfill his duties (while in reality, it will be just any other day to Slo Joe, nothing new will be wrong with him).

My working theory is that the unfilled cabinet posts are very intentional. Who-ever is really running the show and pulling dementia-Joe's strings doesn't want a bunch of other advisors there manipulating the obviously pliable criminal Biden. So who-ever is giving the orders is keeping that on the back burner.

I further believe that who-ever is running the show will continue to use and abuse Biden to take the unpopular actions, keep on issuing Executive Orders (illegal though they may be since Joe holds the office due to criminal activity). Once there is sufficient uproar, maybe even backlash, Joe will be sacrificed and the Ho brought in. No-doubt she'll vow to clean up the mess - while simply continuing but in perhaps a more circumspect or less overt way. She is just as much a wholly-owned {censored} as Biden is.
