***Windham did not use Dominion machines***

At least one study I saw pointed out that the three or so voting machine types used still load the same basic programs with the same basic manipulative flaws.

That was just one of the pieces of the story I pointed out in the other thread. The ballots in question were never counted in the first place so no machine is in question.

This is not a story about bad machine, but a major mistake by the people running the election.

In the end the results of the election did not change.

Based on the fact that 4 Republicans won and won handily, I would say it is probably a Republican run town and the election administrators are probably Republicans.

My post on the subject from February 10, 2020

I was going to postate that there was a larger issue, but after reviewing the process, that is not the case, but here is the results.

Ballotpedia:

This recount was because the 5th place candidate was only 24 votes behind the 4th place candidate in a race that elected 4 people. She lost 99 votes in the recount. I assume the instructions were to vote for 4 people which can lead to bullet voting. It does not appear bullet voting was done here.

A different article noted

Sources cite the possibility that roughly 300 voters chose to vote without wearing a mask so they were segregated when they voted. That these likely Republican voters were not crossed off the checklist and those ballots were never scanned.

If this was the case, that tells me almost all of those who refused to wear a mask were Republicans. The poll I worked at in Maine had two people who refused to wear a mask. The Warden escorted them to the voting booth, ballot box and to the exit. I hardly think a precinct had 300 people who would not wear a mask.
