Thanks.. So they could make a similar exception for the ballot stuffing bill. Of course I have very little faith in SCOTUS to help if the ballot stuffing bill passes and it’s challenged in court.

That's one can't be distinguohed the same way that "statehood" and 'advise and consent for judges" can be. Not that there aren't choices here either. They can add these points to one of the types of bills not subject to cloture. It is normal for tons of irrelevant material to appear in those bills. Appropriations, for example, "can't be filibiustered."

Agreed. More likely they would enter to do harm than to help.
