The FBI was always a shady outfit, but they are completely out of control now. If they don’t get reined in NOW, no one will be safe — left OR right.

They were too often about grabbing headlines, and less interested in other things. J. Edgar Hoover's involvement in the JFK assassination should give everyone chills.

Trump should have been more decisive with this group and should have shoved Mitch and Lindsay to the side.

I don't think he understood until after the election how corrupt that institution is. I think the FIB needs to get dissolved in the kind of corporate "streamlining" process that permanently retires the bad management types, but keeps those who actually do the work.

The FBI is beyond redemption. Everyone needs to go, period. When you have an agency where only the worst of scum rise to the top there can be no conclusion other than the entire pond is a cesspool and all who inhabit it are dishonest. Defund and disband the FBI and permanently retire anyone who worked for them.
