Do you happen to have any ‘pockets of real America” identified? I’m looking to retire in one.

I prefer somewhere near a large body of water (even a river) that I can jump into when it gets too hot in the summer, plenty of red-conservatives around.

I’m thinking semi-rural Missouri, Kansas, Louisiana, North/South Carolina, Texas.
