Question: If AZ full forensic proves fraud enough to overturn Trump and McSally to victory, Can a court give Trump the win and kick Kelly out and give us back the Senate?
First of all, a high level court will not touch a political election issue, but there is no procedure to un-inaugurate a President or remove a sitting Senator due to election problems.
The state legislators have the responsibility and all failed to honor it and to remedy the fraud. Courts have no role. END OF STORY.
I have no idea what is going in with Arizona. The Mariposa County supervisors are all snakes (save for one, who seems to be honest), and the one republican senator jumped shipped when the rest of the senate had lined up to hold the County supervisors in contempt.
So I don't know what is going on over there. Hopefully they will get the audit done (a real forensic audit, and not a Mariposa County white-wash 'audit'). And then? Who knows, I'd just like to see some honest accounting taking place.
