Obama was the only president that gave a SOTU address the first year in office IIRC.

Agreed. I've been wondering for a month why one has not been scheduled, but then again was more than aware of why. I've asked Biden voters why there is no SOTU and then asked them to notice his walking. I let them conclude - it's easier for them to accept the truth that way.

If it was the other way around, the democrats and media would be all over the republican demanding to know when they are going to schedule a speech and demanding to know in no uncertain terms as to why a speech has not been scheduled. The democrats would also demand to see health records and would insist on a competency test. But this Republican party is docile and unaware there is a war going on in America. Only one party is fighting the war and that is the Democrat Party. The Republicans just stand by, cowardly and scared of its shadow. They would never consider bringing up Biden's mental state.

Sadly, the Republicans never learned from Trump on how to fight. Again, not surprised.
