My question is where are the other state legislatures on this?
To me, the only issue was the sovereignty of the state legislature. That is the overarching issue of all of the election law disputes. Too many state legislatures were unwilling to use the power granted to them by the U.S. Constitution to simply vote the electors in compromised elections. There has been to much reliance on judges and governors to respect the will of the people. In AZ, they should have just sent the sergeant-at-arms to seize these things from the start. In the time that passed, evidence got doctored. The issue now is can it be detected?

I would like to know if Jovan Pulitzer and his technology can detect doctored ballots.

It’s not really up to legislatures to pass laws and then after the fact decide on a case by case basis when and where they will or will not be enforced (because the individual legislators have been bought off like the judges, SoS, AG, etc.).

Too many state legislatures were unwilling to use the power granted to them by the U.S. Constitution to simply vote the electors in compromised elections. They don't have that right unless they pass a law via the process laid out in their state's constitution.
In every state the legislature has decided how to choose electors and they have to stick with that decision until they pass a new law changing it.
