It is and has been obvious to anyone with a shred of intellectual honesty that Joe Biden is mentally compromised. He is suffering from senility at best and Alzheimer's at worst. Readers will note that Biden has not delivered a State of the Union address, likely because he retires at 7 pm and sundowns.
The evidence of his decline is, as Adam Schiff loves to say, in plain sight.

Biden cannot recall details about his campaign in Ohio
When declaring “For God’s sake, wear a mask!” during a COVID immunization event, Biden walked away from the podium without his mask.President Joe Biden on Tuesday struggled to correctly remember the exact date and location of an event in Ohio during his presidential campaign. The president tried to recall the details of the event while speaking virtually at the White House with a child care worker in Columbus, Ohio, on Tuesday.
“When are you going to see us in Columbus?” the woman asked.
“Well I’m going to be back in Columbus,” Biden replied. “I was in Columbus, actually now it’s about literally 35 days or so ago, I came through on a whistle-stop on a train.”
The actual whistle-stop event in Ohio, however, was 146 days ago on September 30, and it was in Cleveland, Ohio, not Columbus.
Biden’s campaign whistle-stop tour began in Cleveland and stopped in Alliance, Ohio, but never stopped in Columbus, Ohio, according to the schedule.
From Alliance, the train tour went on to Pittsburgh and other Pennsylvania cities.

Dementia of any variety is a one way street at Biden’s age. The decline might slow down, even pause (unlikely), but the person will not get better. It’s likely that this has been going on for a while. People with dementia often deflect and redirect when they get confused. This is as natural as breathing for a career politician like Joe Biden.

Trump actually addressed a joint session of Congress in Feb. 2017, Obama did the same in Feb. 2009, Bush in 2001...
They just don’t call the first one a SOTU - but its basically the same thing.
Which is what Biden should do.
People! He’s been placed where he is for a reason. This whole “Joes got dementia” thing is OLD and worn out! Joe is a president in name only. The real decision makers are holding his leash and leading this country to war and ruin to make them rich and everyone else poor in order to be in control.
Whether 0bamacare legislation, the Supreme Court, or the Presidency, the Dems’ approach has been “power first, then we’ll work out the details.” Unfortunately these aren’t details. We have a Presidency by committee consisting of the most vicious, backstabbing power junkies in America and we can only hope it’s mostly America - that’s what’s running the country. When a tough decision needs to be made, leaders such as Trump take the responsibility and the blame. In the current setup nobody does, they just hide behind a barricade of complicit media who are pointing fingers at the predecessor. The difference between leadership and no leadership is a recipe for disaster.
Trump will be giving the SOTU in 2022.
