At the official YouTube channel for CNBC, the closed captioning says that Joe Biden used a racial slur

I was sitting on an Amtrak train from Philly to DC one time, and Joe Biden was in the seat in front of me. He was talking to another gentlemen next to him, and said:

"The black is a better athlete to begin with, because he`s been bred to be that way, because of his high thighs and big thighs that go up into his back and they can jump higher and run faster because of their bigger thighs, you see. This goes back all the way to the Civil War when the slave owner would breed his big black to his big woman so that he could have a big black kid"

When we got to DC, both men stood up, and I could see the man was Jimmy the Greek. That evening in my DC hotel, I watched an interview of Jimmy the Greek with Ed Hotaling on the local NBC affiliate. When I heard him say those words, I said to no one in particular: "Joe Biden said that to Jimmy!"

No one else was in the room, so no one can vouch that I said that. But it was Joe Biden who gave that to Jimmy for sure.

Yes, he does suck at reading a teleprompter. He also sucks at press conferences which is why they keep him in the basement.

I'm sure we all know he DIDN'T mean to say niggerly, but he did. He slurred his words like he does because he's addled and THAT'S the point.
