An hour? Fifteen minutes tops for Biden even with a teleprompter and an earpiece. They’ll just use COVID or the Jan 6th “right-wing” attack on DC as excuses for China Joe not making his SOTU yet. The media knows the man is mentally incapacitated, and they’re covering it up!
