She may have "raised" $4 Million, but how much of that has actually gotten to Texas victims of the cold? This all sounds like the Haiti money that laundered through the Clinton Foundation.

Will that 4 million go to real Texans in need or will it go to “social service” agencies whose main jobs are to lobby the government for money to promote the leftist agenda.
