As one in the crowd that day, waiting for the President to speak, we had great hope that the right thing would be done and that Pence would refuse to certify the votes of the contested states and tell those state legislatures to validate those votes. When Trump was an hour late in speaking, we started getting bad vibes about what was going down on Capitol Hill.
Needless to say, the deed was done (and the Capitol breached by Leftist groups) by the time any Trump supporters got up to the Capitol.
An unpardonable act was the MSM’s change of states from “Reagan blue” to “Commie red”.
That ONE act caused America to lose its focus!

The other thing is 50% of that crowd was grandmas not exactly the fist people to break into a building and tear the place up.

My Dear Freeper, You speak the bottomline truth. I have not lost faith that God is in total and perfect control. A committment to our Savior mandates that we pray for those who misuse us and persecute us. Unless we submit to the perfect will of God and are tested, we find ourselves lacking in faith and the peace His grace provides. It only appears bad. As children of the only wize God, no one snatches us from His hand and nothing but NOTHING separates us from His love. We are going to see His glory and might in these darkest days. The best is yet to come.
