This is the country we live in.
The people of this country are so easily manipulated that an election was held and during the campaign there was NO discussion about the substantive issues.
And it was easy.
Create a crisis, or overhype one. Drive fear and then drive blame.
It doesn’t matter if it were an asteroid hitting Earth, the left and media would swing into action and proceed to ramp fear and assign blame. Rationality goes right out the window. The asteroid was caused by global warming!!! The asteroid was caused by fossil fuels!!
Trump was mean!!! Trump caused Covid. Nobody should have died. Fear, Fear fear fear!!!!
And the sheep of this country allowed it to happen. They eagerly became addicted to fear porn. They readily surrendered their freedom. They needed someone to blame for something that was not anyone in the US of A’s fault.
They turned off any consideration as to how each candidate would affect their future. And why, because Covid. Trump in office, bad thing happened, Trump to blame.
They were so easily manipulated that they turned this election into “Trump is mean.” Sure, many already had that view. But if the issues had been discussed and considered, they (the “Trump is mean” crowd) would have held their noses and votes for him anyway.
Now? Suddenly they wake up to find an incapacitated man in office with his VP enacting policies that they would never support. A VP who could not manage 2% support during her own Party’s primary bait and switched as POTUS. And to their shock, they find out that they are being adversely affected by the new regime’s “America Last” policies.
“OMG!!!” is declared across the land!!! We aren’t voting for that again!!! We are shocked!!!
But they are voting for it again because just as soon as the next GOP candidate for POTUS is named, you can bet that they will be easily and readily manipulated again. Romney didn’t pay taxes, McCain is to unstable, Trump is mean, etc. Issues?!? Yeah. Those are racist! N
And if a discussion about the issues somehow finds its way into the campaign? Low and behold, a new crisis will arise and more mail-in-voting and such will be the cure.
Wash, rinse, repeat.

What worries me is that as we move beyond the installation of biden/harris, nothing will be done about it. I am seeing elected officials talking about securing the next election, but no one is talking about the fact that the dims/media stole a national election and installed two complete incompetents.
