A group of “anti-Trump” Republicans led by former independent presidential candidate Evan McMullin is considering forming their own political party.
The Hill reports that over 120 individuals took part in a conference call to discuss the matter.
The group consisted of former employees of the Trump administration, along with Reagan and Bush administration officials, and former Republican members of Congress.
The group “are in talks to form a political party that would break away from supporters of former President Trump,” the report states.

What do they need with a new party? They already have the Republican one.
They’d have more success just joining the existing ‘Rat party.

We can call it the “Seminar Caller party.” (”I’m a Republican, but...” followed by an NPC reciting verbatim Democratic talking points.)
‘Tis fascinating when they try to defend outsourcing of jobs to China, tax cuts just for the CEO of the company, and 20 year wars with no real victory
At least they openly identify themselves so they can really get to see how many voters choose them

They have been advancing the left’s agenda for 30 years acting as Assistant Democrats, blocking conservatives from stopping the stealing of our country.

Destroy the Repub party at the national level; but, retain it at the State level. At the states level, primary the bad actors and refreshen it. The State level will then help springboard the refilling the Federal level.
Much better than leaving the DS with two parties.
Alternatively for the National level, beef up one of the existing alternative parties - Constitutional party,Libertarians, etc.
Maybe they could call it the WHIG Party?
If you went around working-class Republicans....I doubt if you’d find more than 3-percent of them agreeable to ‘never-Trumpers’.
Course, this might be ‘sold’ by Fox News a good bit, and worked up as conservative propaganda.
There ought to be a simplified test you could put each of these idiots...explaining the old NAFTA deal and new NAFTA deal, and getting deep into economic problems (that Bush could never resolve).
