I agree, I don't drink coke, I drink but very seldom Sprite or Canada Dry, and Sierra Mist. I can not tolerate 7 UP

Mountain Dew is bad for you if have Diabetes, like Type? Perhaps also with Type 1. I found that out when I got me a Mountain Dew one time. My blood sugar went sky high.

I honestly don’t remember when I last drank a soda. Diet soda always gave me a headache. And so much sugar in the regular.
