Living in Europe I deal with these daily. The plastic lining makes it not able to be recycled as it is neither solid paper or 100% plastic. It actually adds to landfills and incineration but it makes the Woke crowd happy. I never understood why not just use metal or glass. Or if coating paper just use wax.
