No the green signal is accurate. it tells you that the car is stopped or stopping and that if you decide to do so you can GO
I see the point on treating the car light like a traffic signal. But in my mind, red lights lighting up on a car indicate it is stopping. Either way - the idea is not without merit (I really like the bull moose thinking). And folks would learn to figure out the green or red lights.
Hmm - I bet somebody could write 20 pages on why cars should be like boats and have green running lights on one side and red on the other!
Tell me well that works when there are people who ride the brake?
