I learned to drive without power ANYTHING! No seatbelts. No padded dash or steering wheel. Also never had vax other than polio vax. Drank out of outdoor water hose. Didn’t have central heat or AC in OKLAHOM where it gets below zero in winter, above 100 in summer....
I think we were tougher back then and much more cautious...
Yes so tough that car accidents didnt even kill you. I dont know why they dont let you drive around in a rocking chair with a shotgun on a flat deck anymore huh? Damn modern world lol
