So what?

What happens to your tail lights when your hazard lights are turned on?

If you have a car that uses the same red tail lights for both stop and turn, they also flash when your hazards are turned on. But when you step on the brakes they light solid red, thus overriding the hazard function for the duration that the brakes are held.

Same would go for the front ambers. I fail to see any merit to your point whatsoever.
