The foul-mouthed fellow you quoted is Zachary Alam aka "Helmet Boy". I have seen nothing about his political affiliation, but he did have a rap sheet. Large protests always attract nuts and people looking to get in on some mischief. A number of Freepers have posted that Trump rallies and marches in DC have always been infiltrated by Antifa and warned beforehand this would happen. It would not surprise me if this guy turned out to be some Antifa type.

Like "Buffalo Hat Guy" who went from climate activist to Q activist, he seems into activism itself, seeking attention and excitement. Unlike "Buffalo Hat Guy" who appears to me to be peaceful and rather harmless, "Activist John" strikes me as a psychopath who gets off on inciting other people to violence.
It's true that "Activist John" dressed up like a Trump supporter and infiltrated the protest to incite mayhem and violence, and there were likely others like him there.
Not everyone in the crowd inside the Capitol that day Antifa, however. There were also ardent Q supporters, like Ashli Babbitt and "Buffalo Hat Guy" (according to media reports, at least 13 of those arrested were Q supporters), at least 15 of those arrested allegedly had ties to the Proud Boys, and four to Oath Keepers. A goodly number were known to family, friends and neighbors as Trump supporters, many had social media histories reflecting this and some had Trump signs in their yards.

Why did the three officers walk away from guarding the doors? It has been reported in the press they left because they were not equipped with riot gear to deal with the unruly bunch assaulting them and had received communication to make way for the arriving tactical team. You probably won't believe that, as you already stated the tactical team members were actors.
No, there was no warning shot. It is not procedure to issue warning shots. There were verbal warnings.
