Where is the link to confirmation, confirmed by whom?

And at that range that round would have been a T&T unless it hit Shoulder-blade or Spine, but we got to take a think on this, First and Clearly reported by blood fingers that she was hit in the neck., Then reported hit in chest, Then reported hit in Shoulder.
