I would recommend he do it to prove a point. That such an action is no far fetched than Congress attempting to impeach a "former President" from office, who is no longer in office.

It would also create advantageous legal confusion/precedent on the part of those who are being unjustly persecuted.

Two birds, one stone...tho, stones it would take.

I'm suggesting President Trump stick it in the face of these scumbags in D.C. by issuing this pardon. Let them piss all over themselves in a huff before the MSM cameras

They wouldn't. They'd just laugh at Trump and say he is delusional. The election was stolen, yes, but he's no longer president.

> They’d just laugh at Trump and say he is delusional. <

Yep. And a good portion of Trump supporters would think the same. It would be something like Al Gore issuing pardons after the closely contested 2000 election.

I have to warn you though. IF in court they don’t show antfia and/or capital police was responsible for luring Trump supporters in then Trump will NOT likely pardon. Remember he did concede the actions where wrong. I personally think the actions where wrong but in a trespassing type issue IE: misdemeanor. NOT insurrection.

Exactly. Thankfully, President Trump is neither delusional nor an imbecile, so he’s not going to undertake actions that make people think he must be.

I think that once he gets through this fake impeachment fantasy, he’s going be gathering support for a big change in the political space. Hopefully a new party that isn’t just the other side of the coin from the Democrats.

I hereby grant a pardon to all those who inadvertently wandered into the Capitol on January 6. Hey, I have as much authority to do it as he does.

Doesn't need to be an impeachment if the US supreme court or military court shows the election was a hostel take over or insurrection by foreign operatives. Some or all of the election would be voided.

They're charging these people with insurrection. They might be intentionally over charging these people knowing it will lose in court. Or they're setting an example for everyone not on their side using them as political prisoners. I don't know how bad our court system is yet. We will find out.

The idiocy of some supposedly literate is proof of a fundamental lack of critical thinking education in modern times. Even Justice Roberts slammed the impeachment show in Congress. The peril we find ourselves in is without precedent. The presidency, and with it the country, has been stolen without a fight.

Article II, Section IV (Ecerpt):

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Pray to tell how one suffers the pain of Office, after leaving Office, without being afforded its authority, if that's the case?!

Congress may not (by statute or otherwise) delegate the ultimate command of the army and navy . . . to anyone other than the President.”

https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/essay/artII-S4-1-1/ALDE_00000282/

Without question, doubt exists as to the legitimacy of the current occupant at the White-house.

You're post has been bothering me since you posted it. Can you keep us updated on what happens? Is there a funding page to help with legal expenses?
Thanks

Sorry, it has quietened down considerably. At least big tech hasn’t allowed hardly any reporting about the status of those charged. They’ve even shutdown go-fund-me pages for those arrested and charged.
