At this point, it's not about thinking Trump will be back in the White House anytime soon. The only way he's back in power again will be by another election, in 2024 (assuming that's even possible by then).

What this is about now, is the survival of what's left of our rights, our livelihoods, our country. It's about weakening Xiden and his administration in every possible way so as to lessen the damage as much as possible.

However, there is a balancing act that must be done because if Xiden is weakened so much that he is forced out of office, the anchor baby non-natural born citizen Commie-la would be orders of magnitude worse.
Imagine Bernie Sanders being picked as her VP. The two of them would destroy our country faster than getting a drive through 99 cent supper in a sack.

We must do to Xiden and his team what the commie hate America crowd did to Trump and his. The Mitch McConnell, GOP rules of yesteryear need to be tossed and we must indeed increasingly delegitimize Xiden.

Most, if not all, of this patriotic / conservative resistance is going to have to start at the local / state level.
And the first order of business will be to get MAGA people in power who will actually, and faithfully take their oath's of office seriously.
We need to remove the weak (R)'s in our state legislatures that helped perpetrate this fraud by certifying the fake election in the first place.

We have the power at the state level...we just have to make sure we elect MAGA minded people to begin our comeback.

I agree with you about starting local and working our way up. With that, I think we shouldn't "give up" on some of the bigger fish in any way we can put pressure on them or oust them via recall or elections.

You know, it used to be frowned upon to have a "litmus test" for candidates running for office but screw that. I certainly hope we are way past that because the (D)'s have been doing litmus tests for their candidates for a long long time. That's why they are so effective in sticking together on the tough votes. We need to play by the same rules.
