Hold on....in a round about way Graham may have a point, but he didn’t mean it. A lawyer on a local radio show claimed if Trump just submits the evidence while fighting the impeachment the proof will be forced out. Is this correct?

Pelosi put it in the articles of impeachment that Trump's claim that the election was stolen was false. So, if he want's to dispute that "fact" he should be able to do that in any kind of fair trial. I won't hold my breath waiting for Leahy to admit the evidence or allow the argument.
