I believe it is unconstitutional under the First Amendment to punish somebody who DID NOT in anyway call for a riot, but who speaks a very upsetting truth that makes some people angry enough to riot.

That is inconsistent with any reasonable interpretation of the First Amendment right of free speech, a key purpose of which was to protect the right to disclose government wrongdoing.

Otherwise, the more shocking the wrongdoing, the less it is possible to expose, because the worse it is the more likely some people might get ticked off enough that lose their better judgment and break the law.

Assuming the speaker himself did not break some other law (like improperly disclosing classified information), the truth teller is guilty of nothing.

An angered person who loses self control and breaks the law should be the one who is punished.

What is he going to do if PDJT DOES go down that path? Convict him of what? His angle of defense is irrelevant to the charge, as well as the Constitutional process. Either this is unconstitutional or he isn't guilty. He might as well leverage the process and expose the fraud. Obviously Lindsey is as afraid as any of them. Why? These people need to go at all cost - even if that means voting for none of them and letting the leftists run wild. At this point I think that is what needs to happen, it's the only way to save freedom - allow it to be taken away and then restored via the true power of the Constitution (1A/2A) and the resolve & faith of the Saints. Where there is Christ there is freedom. Where he isn't there is tyranny. It is becoming clearer by the day. The patience of the Saints is no longer justified. Play the state legislature hearings of all six states, and the complete phone call with the Georgia Secretrary of State. If Graham bangs his gavel against doing it in the Senate, have your go outside and do it in public, either on Parler or Gab, or Rumble.
