The panic when the bad orange man replaced the sainted good man was immense. Then there was a feeding frenzy of insanity. The media (social and broadcast) must sell advertising and to sell advertising you need to trigger a feeling of fear in the audience so they keep watching.

It has been completely surreal.

My controversial, non scientific, opinion is that people have died of fear when they were told they had the corona.

I have met people who are terrified of this illness.

Mass Hysteria and Manipulation of the public is real.

Technology has reached a point where if you engage with media you may lose your mind. It is toxic. Used to be they were patriotic (40s50s) then they went left (60s-80s) not sure what happened in the 90s but 2000 on full on woke post modern relativist. It is exhausting just trying to find the grain of the original story that is real.
