This was a day where I never thought what you political views were you would be judged in the harshest of ways—or lose your ability to make money.
Leftists/progressives are a cult, that will NOT tolerate dissenting thought, that happily turn children against their parents.
What used to be called a difference of opinion is now demonized as disinformation.

If you lose your job because of your political opinion go into business for yourself and become competition to your idiot boss.
They started complaining about freedom of the press as soon as Conservatives managed to obtain a little press, with Rush Limbaugh.
Then it was the Internet.
Then social media.
Now the Left demands total control.

"Freedom of the press" is something that propagandists use to absolve themselves of liability as they spread lies.

American media played up being defenders of the First Amendment but they have HATED conservative talk for many decades. They certainly wanted Rush Limbaugh banned dating back to the 1980s and no doubt had earlier targets.
American media sided with globalists, Communists, and seditionists at every turn.
Even now CBS PBS and the NY Times look favorably on the Weather Underground and Black Panthers.

I disagree. The only reason people believe this is because the internet didn't exist to expose the press's censorship in times past.
