IMHO this is a big mistake. It is better to focus on taking over the Republican Party. Forming a competing party will simply split the non-democrat vote and ensure continuing democrat control.
Every option is troublesome (secession, outright war, new party, etc.), but we have to pick one and go with it. Something must be done soon. Everyone should seriously consider getting on board whichever option is chosen; we need the numbers to make it strong.
“Trump is already drafting an enemies list of Republicans who opposed his baseless claims of election fraud”
The “journalists” of those publications are liars. Trump doesn’t need to “draft” an enemies list as they were front and center on January 6, and then again on the impeachment vote. It might take ten minutes to type the names into an Excel spreadsheet, but that’s not exactly drafting.
I think DJT put out a feeler to send a message to the Republicans in puzzle palace that they had better not go for conviction vote in the senate.
They are already in control(the Dems) and the GOP is playing their game anyway so there is your answer!
“Why not just support true patriots in the primaries with a Trump endorsement and funding.”
****
That’s the point. Even if you give to a PAC, there is a portion they have to hand over to the GOP due to party affiliation, and that’s the sticking point.
But if you donate to a Patriot Party candidate, the money wholly goes to the politician, and in this case, Patriot Party (or whatever it will be called)
I don’t know if President Trump will have the option of getting back into politics.
The Establishment is going to do everything in its power to ruin and destroy him. He will have personal battles for the survival of himself and his family running continuously.
Total fake. Read this, from her homepage. Sounds like a parody:
I am an all-American, gun-wielding, meat-eating, straight white male who enjoys perfecting firearm skills. I am passionate about current events and exposing political nonsense wherever I may find it. I work hard, play hard and have no use for people who complain about other people who have more money than they do. Someone will always have more money than you do! My favorite saying is “Mess with the bull—you’ll get the horns!”
See #49.
Thanks...
I agree. All those who proclaim they will diminish the Republican party to the size of the Libertarian Party in a few years of effort are very mistaken.
It's too late; the congress has no clothes and a "new" party won't change that. The Uniparty will have three parts instead of two.
Since the Uniparty proved in 2020 that they could rig an election in broad daylight, votes don't matter and neither do politicians nor those who propagandize for them.
There are other channels outside of the farce of government to address needs.
there is already a defacto third party. it’s made up of us independents from the Reagan/Perot days. we don’t generally have a presence in primaries because of the uniparty election rigging and safe seat redistricting.
btw, elections have been rigged for a long time by the two party system, it goes way back, especially in the urban areas. this time they just went all out and couldn’t hide it at all. that is why we need a third party. for us independents to have a seat at the table. gop voters can move or not. it doesn’t matter as long as the elections remain rigged.
we’ve just been waiting for separate finances and a lighting rod like Trump to lead us. i think he should go ahead. it can’t hurt the gope in the red states and will clean out the blue/purple ones.
Why even waste time and effort with third parties and primaries? Just don't vote in national elections at all and let the DC republicans lose their seats. This has the exact same effect as the proposed third party but takes no time or money. It also leaves the Republican party intact at the state level where we need them. Forget the lesser of two evils conundrum and use the third option.
The third option is ignoring national elections and DC and putting all time, effort and money into state politics. Take over the state at every level and nullify the federal government to the point of nearly being an independent nation. Many if not most conservatively run states in reality need very little from the federal government. States need the feds to provide a strong military and protect our borders and little else. So we take over our states and codify DC out of our lives leaving the feds only reason for existence being the military etc. Once we legislate them OUT of our business then we can begin to cut off the money supply. DC needs the states money far far more than we need them at any level.
The filing this month is by an individual as a vanity/scam filing. He lives in a suburb of Augusta, GA and the filing address is his house — you can look it up.
That’s his website. He quits the Republican Party, not Trump.
I think you have your Greek’s mixed up
DC RINOS are not the problem. The problem is DC has too much power no matter who we send.
Primary challenges only serve to keep us playing the same rigged game. It's just like the head fake game we've been playing with supreme court justices. The justices are not the problem. Again the problem is the court has TOO MUCH POWER. We will never fix a system that is flawed at it's core.
Forget Primary challenges, third parties and other useless efforts.
Take over conservative states and codify DC out of our lives. We need the states to have the power not DC and wasting time and effort on DC seat primaries, third parties etc. is never going to get us there.
The answer is at the state level. Conservative run states don't need DC. Codify them out of our business then begin to cut off the money supply.
It’s not Stephinopolis.
