I saw quite a few Cold Stone Creamery outlets when I was in China so I guess Ducey got his payoff before he was even elected.
Cold Stone ice cream was/is terrible. I’ve had it a few times and it had NO flavor whatsoever. Baskin Robbins has them beat by a long shot.
