Having a hard time believing this.
Is this saying that the same felony conviction done by a foreigner without documentation is annulled, while an American or a foreign tourist or resident must serve time? Let’s say they all raped someone and were convicted. The sentence is overturned ONLY BECAUSE THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY?
This can’t be true. If it actually is, it needs explaining to the American people, and it won’t stand.
