I’d love to see the Supreme Court throw Biden out and bring back Trump, but I don’t see it happening.

Honestly, if there was ever a need for the SC to have stepped up, either early or later, it was with the election.

What is the recourse when the Supreme Court makes something moot by its actions? I can only see major options for remediation.

The recourse is the SCOTUS could take up one of the cases and then come back with “don’t do that again.”

Similar to what they did in the Wisconsin Supreme Court which said, yes, the law was broken on the swarms of these absentee ballots. Don’t do it again and btw, we won’t be providing any relief to the victim here today, President Trump’s campaign.

The fix is so bad. All our eyes are opened, more than ever. It’s sad.
