As you stated, everything is going to go up. Less discretionary spending. Stalling economy. Less investment as folks hold onto their money. Higher building costs.
Liberals just cannot grasp basic economics. Businesses don’t absorb costs, they pass them off.
However, as someone brought up to me tonight....there is one segment of society, that if they flexed their muscle ..... could fix all this sh*t in about a week.... TRUCKERS
Bring Hoffa back from the dead, unite them and demand that the election be redone...no mail in voting...or else. Lets see how it plays out then.

Funny you should mention that- in greece- truckers (and farmers I believe) blocked roads and refused ot truck until the government mended their ways (If i recall right about what they were protesting, i think it was that , greece either froze bank accounts, or confiscated them)
The truckers weren’t messing around- they crippled everything while they were on strike- Traffic couldn’t get through, food wasn’t delivered- fuel oil was not delivered- etc-
They would just use the military to deliver goods. It would take a nation wide strike with at least 50% participation, not going to happen. People have families they need to feed and take care of, they can not participate in a strike. What is about to happen will happen, there is nothing we can do about it now.
