I watched the video of Sullivan encouraging people to attack the police and when Babbit was shot he went through the crowd stirring people up saying that the Capitol Police shot her dead but at the time he didn't know. He is also seen changing his shirt to camouflage himself. There were also people in black with bullhorns before Trump even starting his speech advocating charging the Capitol Police. There is more than enough visual evidence to confirm that there were BLM members stirring up the violence in the crowd.

The instigators were BLM/Antifa. Just like they were at the 2015 / 2016 Trump rallies.
