From the looks of it, the Felon’s heat signature must be significant due to its old school engines. The F-22’s engines are recessed which would reduce its heat signature, right?

From anywhere but the back, it’s significantly reduced. If you’re directly behind it, IR will light up nicely. But that’s less likely.
