Laughable. SCOTUS is clearly compromised. Besides, democrats can win without needing votes now - and will likely pack the court. It will be illegal to even exist under their reign of terror. They are about to make Stalin look like an amateur.
I used to think they would uphold the constitution too. Not so much anymore. Even if they did, the left would ignore it.
