Well HR 194 or a variation of it should pass. If someone fails a background check, they’re an illegal alien, they’re a felon, they should be prosecuted to the fullest of the law. I have never understood why there have been zero or near zero prosecution of people illegally trying to purchase a gun. And why don’t they prosecute drug users, pot, who illegally buy guns? That would illuminate gun ownership from 90% of Democrats. Leave law abiding citizens alone.

You must be referring to the Supreme Court after it's stacked, thanks to those foreign objects in anti-American states pretending to represent Americans.
